OFCCP finally releases revisions to Section 503 (Individuals with Disabilities) and VEVRAA regulations:
Yes, this is the light at the end of the tunnel…… (too bad it’s a freight train heading in our direction)


Patrick will be covering the revised regulations related to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act (related to individuals with disabilities) and Section 4212 of the Vietnam Era Veterans Rehabilitation Assistance Act (related to protected veterans). The scope of both these important regulations has been greatly expanded and Patrick will outline the changes, their impact, and recommendations.

The new regulations, slated to go into effect soon, not only require a comprehensive recruitment outreach program but also make data collection and analytics as critical mandatory components of any compliance programs. This presentation provides insight to the new regulations and then covers implementation strategies for recordkeeping and data collection in support of the regulations, and analytical approaches to measure effectiveness of your programs to guide annual improvements.
