On behalf of the Arizona Affirmative Action Association (aka Quad A) Board of Directors and its 2009 members: Welcome!

Quad A is directed by a group of volunteer business people who are elected to the Board of Directors by Association members to serve a limited term in office.

The goals of AAAA-

• To promote high professional and ethical performance
• To share and disseminate relevant information fostering professional growth among members
• To develop helpful and harmonious relationships with Federal, State, and local Community agencies e.g. OFCCP, EEOC, DES, ACRD, Disabled and Veterans organizations, and related professional groups.
• To promote greater community recognition of the importance of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity compliance.
